Sharpener is compact, great for cluttered drawers
To use, place roller on flat surface, bring knife edge to the side of the grindstone, and saw back and forth with consistent downwards pressure
To sharpen other side of blade, simply place knife into the other side of the sharpener
For best results, sharpen the knife on each side for 10-15 strokes
Wash with damp cloth after each use
